Shigeki Yonemura (米村 茂樹, Yonemura Shigeki) is a student of 9th Grade Class 3 in 1998, in Yomiyama North Middle School.

Shigeki was a slightly pale boy of slightly below average height. He has light brown hair, which he styles similarly to Ikuo Takabayashi. He is only seen wearing the standard male uniform.

When he is only mentioned in the manga and the novel, the anime is the only version that shows his physical appearance.

Shigeki was shown as a sociable, friendly, and calm young man, who was seen in the company of Takeru Mizuno, and his friends Manabu Maejima and Kenzō Kawahori.
